Noticed something weird about attic pulls in older neighborhoods
I was doing a run in a 1960s development outside Dayton last week and every single attic drop had this weird 90 degree bend right at the entry point. Not a service loop, just a hard turn that made pulling anything through a total pain. Is that just how they rough it in back then, or did I get unlucky with the street? Has anyone else seen that pattern in older builds and found a workaround without redoing the whole line?
