Hit 1,000 terminations last month and realized I have no system

I do residential installs for a small company near Lansing, and after counting my work orders I found I terminated over 1,000 coax and ethernet ends last month. That number surprised me because I still fumble around with my crimper and never use a consistent method for stripping jackets. How do you guys organize your termination process to keep from making silly mistakes on the last job of the day?

Picking a consistent strip length changed my whole game. I mark my strippers with a sharpie line so every jacket cut lands the same depth. Keeps me from nicking the copper on the last job of the day when my hands are beat. What stripper tool are you running?

Marking the stripper depth with a sharpie is genius, gotta try that.
