DAE still staple coax to the joist instead of using those screw-on clips?
I used to staple every run straight to the side of the joist because that's how the guy who trained me in 2016 did it, and it was fast. About a year ago I switched to the plastic screw-on clips, and my callback rate for 'my internet keeps cutting out' dropped from about 3 a month to maybe 1 every 2 months. The staples were pinching the cable and messing with the signal, especially on the older RG6 runs that had already been mashed once. It takes me maybe 10 extra minutes a job but I'm not driving back out to a customer's place for free. Any of you still running a staple gun or did everyone make the switch?
