Can we talk about how many guys are still using the wrong compression tool on RG6?
I've been on three service calls this week where the customer's internet was dropping out because of a bad connector. Every single time, it was a hex crimp connector put on with a standard tool, not a compression fitting. The techs who did the original installs saved maybe 30 seconds per drop, but now it's costing hours in truck rolls. I found one yesterday behind a TV stand that was so loose it fell off in my hand. What's the best brand of compression tool you guys actually carry on your belt?

My old hex crimps from 2005 are still working fine, honestly.

Honestly, it's like some techs are trying to build a time machine back to 1998. Saving thirty seconds to create a problem that takes the next guy an hour to find is just bad math. The brand hardly matters if you actually use the right tool. That loose connector behind the TV stand is just the cherry on top of a very stupid cake.
