Automated dispatch isn't the time-saver everyone claims

Most techs love the new automated dispatch for its speed, but it keeps sending me to jobs miles apart! This wastes fuel and adds so much stress to my day. Do you think we should get more input on the routing?

I was totally on board with it at first too, loved getting jobs pinged straight to my phone. Then I watched my mileage jump for the month because it had me going from one side of the metro to the other and back again. Seems like it only looks at who's free, not who's closest. A little human input on the route order would fix a lot.
