Velcro straps made a bigger difference than I expected
I spent two hours last Sunday untangling the mess behind my desk. Got sick of it and bought a 50 pack of Velcro cable ties for 8 bucks. Wrapped up every cord from the TV, router, and speakers by color. The space behind my desk actually looks clean now for the first time in 3 years. Anybody else find a simple fix that worked way better than you thought it would?

Funny how we buy fancy stuff but a cheap little thing fixes the real problem.

Man, you hit the nail RIGHT on the head. I spent like 80 bucks on a fancy gadget to unclog a drain, and it barely worked. Then my neighbor handed me a 3 dollar plastic snake from the dollar store, and I had that pipe clear in five minutes. It's like we get tricked into thinking expensive equals better when the simple fix is sitting right there. Makes me feel kinda dumb sometimes, but hey, we all fall for it.
