My landlord's 3-word note fixed my tangled mess for $12

Last Tuesday I came back to my old apartment in Austin and found a sticky note on my power strip saying 'label your ends'. I grabbed a pack of colored zip ties and wrote on masking tape, now I can finally pull one charger out without playing tug-of-war with 5 others. Has anyone else gotten a brutal but useful fix from someone who just walked past your cable pile?
