Learned the hard way about drawer slide alignment on a busy Friday
I was finishing up a set of 12 kitchen drawers for a remodel in Maplewood last month and rushed through the undermount slides on the last three. Pulled them out that Friday and half the drawers were binding so bad you could barely close them. Spent my whole Saturday taking them apart and shimming every slide with 1/16 inch plastic spacers to get them dead level. Has anyone else found a quicker fix for slide alignment when you're on a tight deadline?

I saw a guy on YouTube use a laser level for that.

Huh, that’s actually a pretty smart trick @finley_flores28. Did they use a green laser or just a regular red one? I’ve seen people say the green ones are way easier to see in bright light but they cost more. Also, were they just using it for a quick check or did they set it up for the whole job? Seems like it could save a lot of back-and-forth measuring if you get it right the first time.
