Got told my dovetail jig was a waste of money
An old carpenter at a shop in Portland said my Leigh jig was cheating. Said hand cut dovetails are the only real way. I did 40 drawers with that jig in 3 days, how many can he do?

You mean 40 drawers in 3 days? That's wild, but here's what I want to know - did you time yourself on the first one versus the last one? Like after the first 10 drawers did you get a rhythm going where you could basically do it without thinking?
