That ERP implementation nearly sank us last quarter

We dumped $15,000 into a cloud ERP system that was supposed to streamline our inventory and ended up losing two weeks of shipping data instead. The vendor promised seamless migration but their support went silent after the check cleared. Has anyone else been burned by a software rollout that just didn't work out of the box?

Man that rounding thing is brutal. We had a similar issue where the ERP would just drop the last digit of any serial number over 12 characters, which messed up our whole warranty tracking for months. By the time we caught it, there were already like 200 units out in the field with wrong serials attached to them. The vendor's fix was basically "just add a space in the middle of the serial" like that was a real solution lmao.

Our accounting team spent 3 weeks trying to reconcile the inventory after our ERP rollout and found out the system was rounding everything to the nearest whole number. We had custom pricing down to the cent for wholesale orders and suddenly every invoice was off by a few dollars. The worst part was the vendor kept sending us PDF guides that were just screenshots of the software with arrows drawn in MS Paint. We finally had to hire a temp just to manually fix the pricing errors for two months.
