My old ops manager said track every sku by hand for 3 months, and she was dead right
I fought her on it at the time, but after 90 days of hand counting at our Columbus warehouse we found $40k of dead stock nobody knew was sitting in the back corner, so has anyone else had a boss push a painfully manual process that actually paid off?
