I thought the whole 'stand-up meeting' thing was just corporate buzzword stuff until my boss made us do a 10 minute one every morning.

Yeah, spotting problems early is the real win. Like last week, our designer mentioned a file was corrupted. In the old days, that would have blown up our whole afternoon. But because she said it at stand-up, our tech lead had a fresh backup ready in five minutes. It turns a small hiccup into a non-issue. What kind of problems has your team caught?
