Heard a client say they'd pay more for faster shipping and it clicked
I was on a call with a client in Seattle who said they'd happily pay an extra $15 to get their order in two days instead of five. We've always pushed for the cheapest shipping option to keep costs down, but that made me think we're missing a big chance to make more money. Has anyone else added a fast shipping upgrade and seen a real jump in profit?

And @the_richard's luggage thing is exactly this, people will pay for speed.

You're leaving money on the table. We added a rush option and it's a huge chunk of our profit now.
