Caught my warehouse guys doing 15 minute bathroom breaks 6 times a day
I pulled the door logs last week and couldn't believe it. Three of my best pickers were averaging almost 90 minutes a day in the bathroom combined. That's 7.5 hours a week just gone. I brought it up in the morning huddle without naming names and suddenly everyone's break times dropped by half. Has anyone else checked their actual time logs against what they think people are doing?

90 minutes a day on the toilet per person is basically a part-time job. Might as well put a time clock in the bathroom at that rate. Smart move hitting it in the huddle though, sometimes public shame is the only way to flush out the problem.
