Vent: my LLC got hit with a $2,400 penalty because I filed the annual report myself instead of paying my accountant
Tried to save a few hundred bucks doing the paperwork on my own last spring in Columbus and missed a filing deadline I did not even know existed. Has anyone else learned the hard way that the cheap route on business filings ends up costing way more?
