I finally got our LLC paperwork approved after 3 rejected filings
The first two tries I kept missing the signature page on our operating agreement, then the third got bounced for a typo in the address. Finally got the green light from the Utah state site this morning, has anyone else dealt with how picky they are about that stuff? lol

Ugh, tell me about it. Their site is a nightmare. Print everything twice.
