Vent: My nephew called my bumper stickers boomer humor

My 19 year old nephew saw my "I'm spending my kids' inheritance" sticker and said it was peak boomer humor. I thought he was just being a punk until he showed me the ironic meme stickers his friends design. Now I'm looking at fonts and realizing my whole style is stuck in 2005. Has anyone else had to update their design approach after feedback from a younger crowd?

Oh man, I feel this so hard! I had my whole sticker game called out by my niece when she saw my "I brake for yard sales" sticker on my minivan. She pointed out that it was basically a meme from 2008 and handed me a sticker of a cartoon possum being dramatic that her friend designed. Now I'm over here looking at my collection of punny animal stickers and realizing I'm stuck in a time warp. I even tried to make my own "sarcastic frog" sticker and she told me it was giving "dad trying too hard." Guess I'm just embracing my outdated vibe at this point.

Nah your niece is wrong, those punny animal stickers are timeless classics that'll outlast every ironic possum sticker she owns.
