Took me 3 weeks and a trip to a print shop in Akron to figure out why my stickers kept bubbling
Back in the day I'd just slap a sticker on my own bumper and not think twice, but when I started making them to sell, every batch came out with these little bubbles along the edge. I was using a squeegee and pressing hard, but it turned out my garage was sitting at about 58 degrees and the vinyl was too cold to lay flat, which a guy at a shop in Akron pointed out in like 2 seconds. Three weeks of wasted sheets before I bought a cheap space heater and let the vinyl warm up first. Curious if anyone else here fights with temp and humidity, or if you all just print in the house and deal with the mess.
