Question about cursive fonts and wet vinyl, anyone have a fix?

I spent 4 hours last Tuesday cutting a script design for a client's van and the letters started peeling by Friday, so does anyone else use a specific laminate or do I just need to ditch fancy fonts altogether?

Fancy fonts are rarely the actual problem, it's usually the vinyl or the prep. Scripts just expose bad installation faster because there's more edge to lift. I'd check your surface prep and pressing technique before ditching the design.
