Vent: My sister said my weekly spreads were a mess, and she was right.
She looked at my journal last month and pointed out my habit trackers were all over the place, making them useless. I had mood, water, and sleep on three separate pages. I moved everything into a single two-page layout for the whole month. Now I can actually see patterns. Anyone else combine their trackers after getting similar feedback?

My cousin said the same thing about my messy sleep tracker last year.

Did you ever have that moment where you just fought against something for no good reason? I was the same way with my workout log. I had three different notebooks and a wall calendar, and I swore it worked fine. Then my buddy showed me his simple app tracker and I realized I was just making extra work for myself. Now I keep everything in one digital spot and it just makes more sense.

Honestly, that kind of feedback can sting even when it's right. My friend once called my old system "data confetti" because I had stickers and notes stuck everywhere. It was a mess, but I got so used to it I didn't see the problem. Putting everything in one place feels weird at first, like you're breaking a rule, but it actually starts to make sense. You stop flipping pages and just see the whole picture.
