Vent: I dropped $75 on a fancy calligraphy pen set for my journal and never got past the practice pages.

Has anyone found a simpler, cheaper way to add nice lettering without the huge learning curve?

My fancy pen is basically a very expensive paperweight now (it looks nice on the desk, at least).

Lol my aunt collects those fancy pens and they all just sit in a glass case.

Ever try those brush pens you can find at a craft store? They're way more forgiving than a dip pen and still give you that nice look... I got a pack for like ten bucks and just doodle with them while watching TV. It takes the pressure off making everything perfect.
