Shoutout to the washi tape that made me choose between my two bullet journals
I had two journals going at once, a cheap $8 dot grid from Target and a $32 Leuchtturm, and I kept avoiding both because I couldn't decide which one deserved my good washi tape. Last month I sat on my floor in Portland for 45 minutes holding a roll of gold foil tape like it was a crown jewel. I finally picked the cheap one because I figured if my layouts looked bad, at least I only wasted $8. Well, plot twist, that Target grid is now 73 pages deep and the Leuchtturm hasn't been opened since March. The paper ghosts a little with my Sharpie but honestly the layouts turned out way better than I expected. So now I have a fancy empty journal just sitting there judging me. Do you all keep a backup journal around or do you just commit to one at a time?
