Rant: My sister saw my journal and said it looked like a chore chart

She asked why I bothered with all the trackers if they just made me feel bad about missing a day. Now I'm just using a blank page for a daily brain dump instead.

My sister once read my grocery list and asked if "emotional stability" was on sale. The blank page sounds way better.
