My whole weekly spread got wrecked by a leaky pen

I was setting up my journal at the kitchen table last Tuesday when my favorite blue pen just started gushing ink. It left a huge blob right over my Monday tasks and bled through to the next page. I panicked for a second, then grabbed a piece of washi tape and covered the worst of it. I ended up drawing a little cloud around the tape and writing 'oops' inside it, which actually looked kinda cute. Has anyone else salvaged a big ink disaster like that? I need more ideas for quick fixes lol.
