My weekly tracker was a mess until I saw my friend's simple grid

I was trying to log five habits in a tiny corner and it was just a blur of checkmarks. She showed me her page with one clear grid for each habit, and it clicked. What's the simplest layout that actually works for you?

Honestly I go the opposite way. I tried separate grids and it felt like too much space for stuff I barely track. My whole week fits on a sticky note now, just five tiny rows with the days as columns. It forces me to keep it basic, and if a habit isn't sticking, the blank row shows me right away. For me, seeing the whole week crammed in one spot works better than flipping through a bunch of pages. Maybe it's just me but simple means all in one glance.

Totally feel you @brooke484, big grids just overwhelm me too so I stick with the sticky note.

Wait, your whole week fits on a single sticky note? That's wild. I could never fit everything I need to track in that tiny space. Mine would be a mess of scribbles by Wednesday. I guess if you only have five things it works, but I'd feel like I was forgetting something major.
