My habit tracker went rogue after 3 months - here's what I learned
I set up a habit tracker in my bullet journal back in January with 15 different habits to check daily. By week 8, I was just filling in boxes without actually doing the habits, and by week 12, I had stopped opening my journal entirely. Turns out tracking too many things killed my motivation. Anyone else hit a wall with overly ambitious habit setups?

Wait, you tracked 15 habits at once? That's insane (in the worst way possible). I mean, I get excited when I remember to floss 3 nights in a row, and you were trying to track things like "meditate for 10 minutes" and "read 20 pages" and "drink 8 glasses of water" all at the same time? No wonder your brain just checked out. I tried tracking 4 habits once and by week 2 I was just drawing little stars in boxes while completely ignoring that I hadn't actually gone for a run in days. 15 is basically asking your motivation to sabotage itself.

Pretty impressive you made it to week 2 before giving up... I think I lasted about 3 days before my tracking sheet ended up in the recycling bin.
