That "totally ruined my groove" part hit me hard because I get exactly what you mean. When someone takes a dump on something you put real time into, it just messes with your whole headspace for the rest of the day. Some people don't get that a weekly spread is personal, it's how you keep your brain organized, and it doesn't have to be pretty to work. I bet your spread is totally fine and that coworker was just being rude for no reason. Don't let one comment steal your momentum, you do you.
