My brother said my weekly spread looked like a 'color-coded panic attack' and now I can't unsee it.
He pointed at my planner from last Tuesday, which had 7 different highlighters and 4 kinds of washi tape on a single page, and asked if the visual noise was actually helping me focus or just making me more anxious.

My friend's mom said her bullet journal looked like a ransom note, and she just threw the whole thing out.
