Vent: Almost lost $80 a month on a subscription I forgot about

I was digging through my bank statements last week and found a charge from a cloud storage service I haven't used since 2021. Turns out they auto-renewed for 3 years straight, costing me $80 a month for nothing. I called to cancel and got a partial refund of $300, but only because I yelled about it. Has anyone else found a sneaky subscription that just kept taking money?

Man I guess that's one way to fund someone's retirement plan, congrats to their sales team.

100 grand for a static caravan that probably cost 30k to build? I'd say someone did pretty well for themselves there. If the buyers are happy with it then that's really all that matters in the end.

@park.adam retirement plan is right, but honestly the real winner here is whoever sold the site fees. 100k for the van and then what, 5k a year just to park it? That's the part nobody's talking about.
