Took me 3 hours to find out my fridge was 2 degrees off
I spent a whole Sunday calibrating my freezer because ice cream was getting soft, only to realize the thermometer I was using was busted. Swapped it with my meat thermometer from the kitchen and the freezer was actually at 8 degrees instead of 0. Has anyone else chased a phantom temp problem for way too long?
