The thrift store price tag that made me question everything
Found a vintage Pyrex bowl at a Goodwill in Tacoma for $1.50, then saw the exact same one on eBay for $85 while standing in the checkout line. Has anyone else hit that weird moment where you're scared to use something because the resale value feels like a trap?

Man, that’s wild! I had the same thing happen with a set of old CorningWare. I bought it for like $8, looked it up, and nearly dropped my phone. My rule now is I just use the stuff. I figure if I sell it later, cool, but I didn't buy it to stare at it. Honestly, the joy of actually cooking with it beats the cash every time.
