Showerthought: I used to buy lunch out every single workday

Switched to meal prepping on Sundays last month, and I'm already saving over $200 a month. Anyone else find that one simple change made a huge dent in their spending?

Honestly, the key is finding a couple of meals you don't mind eating a few times a week. I make a big pot of chili or a bunch of chicken and rice. It gets boring, but looking at my bank account makes it taste better.

Wait, $200 a month? That's actually insane.
