My thing was those little $12 lunches at the place next to my office. Did the math and it was over two grand a year, which made me want to lie down on the floor. What got me was the apps, I'd order while walking over and there's a service fee and a tip screen and somehow a $9 sandwich becomes $16. Now I bring leftovers and my coworkers act like I joined a cult. Saving the money is nice but the real win is not standing in line for twenty minutes every day.
