My grocery budget dropped $60 a week after I switched to meal prepping on Sundays
I used to spend around $200 a week on groceries for just me and my partner in Denver, but after I started planning meals on Sunday afternoons it dropped to $140. The big change was I stopped buying random snacks and ingredients that would go bad before I used them. Has anyone else seen a big drop like that just from planning one day ahead?

Isn't it just as likely you're just eating less now that you're paying attention?

Makes me wonder how many habits we'd change if we actually tracked them for a week.
