Just realized my coffee habit was costing me a car payment
Three years ago, I started tracking every dollar spent on coffee shops and drive-thrus. Last month, I looked at the total and it was over $300, which is more than my old car note was. I switched to making my own cold brew at home, using a cheap jug from Target. Now I spend about $20 a month on beans instead. Has anyone else cut out a small daily expense and been shocked by the yearly total?

My buddy did the same thing with those energy drinks from the gas station. He was buying two a day for years and never thought about it. When he finally added it up, the number was so bad he just showed me the calculator and walked away. He drinks water now.
