Can we talk about how meal planning saved me $200 last month?

I was always one of those people who thought meal planning was for overachievers. But after three months of throwing away half my groceries every week, I finally sat down and wrote out a plan for 7 days. Stuck to it at Safeway on Division Street. Spent $85 on food for the week instead of my usual $140 and had zero waste. Anyone else see a big difference once they actually committed?

Felt this hard lol. Once I actually sat down and made a real list instead of just winging it at the store, my wallet started breathing again.

Especially when you see a $20 difference on a single thing, @paul233.
