Warning: the hostel front desk guy in Lisbon talked me out of the $28 airport shuttle
He said just take the metro for 1.80 euros and walk 10 minutes, and I stood there arguing because I was tired and had two bags. He was right, but he also would not stop smirking about it while I bought the ticket. Does anyone else get weirdly prideful about the dumb stuff they overpay for when they land?
