Oh come on, @luna519, I see where you're coming from but I gotta push back a little. A good ergonomic chair and proper desk setup do way more for back pain than a receptionist who just stands there. Honestly, most people with bad backs need to see a physical therapist, not rely on someone handing out keys or greeting visitors.
