But what was actually saved here, @henry_grant? Sometimes a call to the hotel just fixes a messed up room booking or gets you a free breakfast. People call that "saving the day" now. I've seen real situations, like a car wreck or a lost kid, where help was needed fast. This just sounds like good customer service, not some big rescue.

We're quick to call anything a "save" these days, even tiny wins like a cheaper room rate lol.
