Got stuck in a hostel in Prague because the booking site double charged me
I showed up at 11pm with no room and $40 left to my name, had to crash in the common room on a broken couch until the manager sorted it out the next morning. Has anyone else had a booking screw them over like that and found a way to get their money back fast?
