Hit 500 feet of brick wall this month and honestly shocked myself
I run a small crew doing residential work and we just wrapped up a full front facade for a house in Oak Park. Finished at 506 linear feet of brick last week which is way above our usual 300 or so per month. What numbers are you guys hitting when you really push it?

Oh man, 500 feet is solid, sure, but don't get too carried away patting yourself on the back. I'd measure twice and make sure the corners are actually square before you start writing the "crew of the year" speech.

Measuring twice" is definitely the right mindset, but honestly I'd go a step further and have someone else double-check that tape too. Fresh eyes catch the dumb stuff we all miss when we're tired and proud of ourselves. That's the real difference between a crew that talks a big game and one that actually delivers.
