Hit 500 bricks laid in a single day on a foundation job in Tacoma

Always thought that number was just a story old timers told, but we had a perfect crew and weather last Thursday. Seeing that count at the end of the shift made me realize how much prep and teamwork actually matters over just speed. What's the most bricks you've ever put down in a day on a straight run?

Wow, 500 is insane, congrats. I mean, that really shows how a good setup changes everything. @sean_hunt61 hitting 450 is no joke either, it proves you need that smooth run with no hiccups. The biggest thing for me is having a killer tender who keeps the boards clean and the mud just right. If that flow gets broken even once, your whole rhythm is gone and the count tanks.

Hit 450 once with a perfect line and no cuts.

I always thought those high counts were just guys talking big at the bar. But hitting 375 on a long garden wall last summer, with my buddy mixing perfect mud the whole time, totally changed my mind. It really is all about that flow and having everything you need right there.
