Guys keep soaking bricks before laying and wondering why the mortar slides
Watched a kid on a job in Toledo dunk a whole pallet of concrete block in a trough then fight the mud all morning, and it keeps happening because nobody tells new guys that block barely needs any water while soft brick will suck the mortar dry in 30 seconds, so how do you all teach the difference on site without sounding like a know-it-all?
