TIL that moss does not suck water up through a straw like I thought for 15 years
Found out at the botanical garden in St. Louis last Saturday that moss takes in water straight through its leaves since it has no real roots or veins, which explains why the patch on my north wall got crispy while my ferns next to it stayed fine, so has anyone else been watering their moss totally wrong like me?
