My old greenhouse in Phoenix was a total mess of random pots

Now I group plants by their water needs after a cactus drowned next to a fern. How do you organize your collection?

Yeah the "ignore me" corner is a solid start lol. @wells.brooke I totally get the weird ones, my string of pearls almost died because I treated it like a regular succulent. I ended up making little cheat sheets for my plants with notes on how they actually reacted to water, not just what the tag said. It's a lot of trial and error, but grouping them by thirst level has saved so many plants from my overwatering habits.

Wow hard disagree! The chaos is what makes it fun for me honestly.

Wondering how you actually figure out the water groups... like do you just go by the plant tags or did you have to learn the hard way with a few more casualties? My peace lily and snake plant are in the same "ignore me" corner, but I'm never sure about the weird ones like string of pearls.

My friend killed three string of pearls before learning they're basically drama queens that need a drink the second they look wrinkly.
