Had to choose between a cheap misting bottle and a quality sprayer for my ferns
Tbh I was using a $2 spray bottle from the dollar store for months on my Boston ferns. It kept clogging and the mist was more like a jet stream that blasted soil everywhere. Last week I swapped to a $15 continuous sprayer from the garden center. Honestly the difference is night and day - my ferns are getting an even mist now and the leaves aren't getting damaged. The cheap one was just wasting water and causing more problems. Has anyone else noticed how much a bad sprayer messes with humidity-loving plants?

Right? Same thing happened with mine, cheap sprayers are such a headache.

Gotta disagree with you there @lane.drew, the cheap ones force you to learn how to fix stuff and that's half the fun. Plus when they break you're out like 15 bucks instead of a hundred.
