Guy at the Columbus library repair day showed me a trick for loose signatures
Went to a free book repair day at the main library in Columbus back in March and an old binder there showed me how to tap a spine block straight with a tapping stick instead of fighting it with my hands. I was pressing way too hard on my signatures before sewing and making them uneven, now I just tap the block on the table edge before I punch. Anyone else pick up tricks at library events like that?
