TIL that new high-temp sealant I thought was overpriced actually held through a 48-hour hydro test on a 600psi boiler in Detroit.

My foreman insisted we try it on a tricky header joint last month, and after seeing zero weep, I'm buying a case for my own kit, so what's one product you were wrong about that turned out to be a workhorse?

Man, I swore those fancy insulated water bottles were a total scam. My wife got me one last Christmas and I rolled my eyes, but that thing kept ice for two full days in my truck. I'm a convert now.

Mine kept coffee hot for a whole work shift.
