Just logged 10,000 hours on my Lincoln welder without a single transformer issue

I was checking the service log and that number made me realize maybe we don't need to replace gear as often as the suppliers push, so what's the most hours you've gotten out of a single piece of major equipment?

Yeah, I mean, that's the thing. Good gear with basic care just runs. My old mill saw over 20,000 hours before we even thought about swapping it.

That's solid. My old air compressor ran for nearly 15 years of daily use before it finally gave up... just basic maintenance.
