Put off the knife tool for weeks, now it's my favorite thing
I spent my first month in Blender avoiding the knife tool because it felt too scary and precise... like one wrong click and my mesh would explode. Last Tuesday I finally watched a 10 minute tutorial and tried cutting a simple window into a wall. Turns out it's actually forgiving, you just press K and click where you want the cuts... I messed up like 5 times and still got a clean hole. The tutorial guy said 'it's just virtual paper' and that clicked for me. Now I use it for door frames, vents, even little details on a coffee mug I made. Does anyone else put off learning a basic tool for ages, then wonder why they waited?
